Plate Heat Exchangers

Thermaline offers a full range of OEM quality replacement parts for most makes and models of gasketed plate style heat exchangers. We support a wide range of plate and gasket material types. Additionally, we offer a host of other services for your heat exchangers, regardless of the manufacturer that include:

  • Restreaming and Reconfiguring: Has your process changed, or do you have a new duty? Thermaline can restream and provide drawings to suit your needs for most makes and models.
  • Service and Repair: Send us your entire heat exchanger and we can hydro test, cross contamination test (CCT) and rebuild it to ensure there are no internal defects.
  • On-Site: Our service team can travel to your facility and perform repairs, on-site cross contamination testing (CCT), plate cleaning, re-gasketing and inspections.

Thermaline manufactures direct replacement tube bundles for most steam Enerquip shell and tube heat exchangers. We stock all the common sizes (2 pass/O ring style only). Use the reference chart and the form below to determine your specifications.
